- We schedule sessions on the hour. If you are a NEW CLIENT, please arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
How often do I need to see my counselor?
- This will not be the same for every person and is a topic that will be discussed in session to decide what will fit your personal needs.
How much does counseling cost?
- It varies on the type of session. Please contact our office for our current rates.
- After we bill your insurance and clients are responsible for any co-pays or co-insurance.
Will my health insurance pay for counseling?
- Please check with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to verify your benefits. We will collect your insurance information.
- We are in-network with many insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider to see to verify in-network status.

Do you prescribe medications?
- We do not write prescriptions, but we do work with other agencies to make sure you have the complete level of care needed. Medication management will be referred to providers outside of our office.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or Denali Kid Care?
- We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or Denali Kid Care.
- Clients with this insurance are offered a financial aid application. Applications are reviewed an accepted based on scheduling availability, as limited spaces are available. Sliding scale rates are based on household income compared with household members. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance. Clients maybe waitlisted until appointments are available.
